Before commissioning me, please note the following:

• I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.• Please provide visual references of the character. If there are any particularly important details, feel free to mention those separately as well.• If you have a specific idea for your commission (e.g. pose, facial expression, feeling, lighting), don't be afraid to let me know!• I'm not experienced with backgrounds.• The amount of details may affect the price of the commission.• Please don't ask me to draw with someone else's art style.• Nsfw is possible, but let’s talk about it first! I may not be comfortable drawing everything.• I don't work on tight deadlines! If you have a deadline in mind for the commission, ask me about it and I'll let you know if it's possible to fulfill.• I will share process pictures with you, and depending on the commission, get your confirmation for the sketch/lineart/base color phases before I proceed with the next stage.• When I share a WIP (work in progress) of the commissioned artwork with you, I encourage you to let me know if there's any details to be fixed. The earlier I get to do the fixes, the better! If you request several fixes later in the process, I have the right to charge extra per change.• Finished work will be delivered digitally through e-mail in a png format. Let me know if you prefer any other format. Emotes and badges will be delivered in all commonly used sizes on Twitch.

Payment and Prices

• Payment is done via PayPal in Euros
- Finnish people can also use regular bank or mobile transfer.• The payment can be done in parts if agreed upon beforehand.• If the commissioner requests too many or too big changes on the final stages of the commission, I have the right to charge 10€ per change.• I will begin working on the commission once I have recieved full payment.

Refunds

• A full refund can be requested as long as I haven't yet started working on the commission. Once the work is started, a refund can no longer be provided.• If I'm unable to finish your commission, you will recieve a full refund.

Artwork usage

• All commissions and their prices are meant for personal/non-commercial use only. Emotes being an exception.• You may not resell or redistribute the commissioned work in exchange for money.• You may not use any part of the commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs), or anything related to cryptocurrency or other blockchain-based technologies. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency or blockchains is strictly prohibited.• You may not use my artwork in any type of artificial intelligence (AI) training.• You may not delete/edit out my signature/watermark from the work.• You're allowed to post the commissioned work on your social media, but you have to credit me (Hernelaama) as the original artist.• I reserve the rights to use commissioned work in my personal portfolio and commission portfolio.• Please mention if you don't want me to share the work on my social medias.• I will never resell the commissioned work.

Artwork usage for Emotes and Badges

• Commissioned artwork can only be used as emotes, badges, digital stickers and profile pictures.• You can use the emotes for Twitch subscriptions, on Discord; public and private servers, messaging apps and personal use.• If you wish to use the artwork for products or mechandice, contact me about it first.• Please credit me as the Emote artist (Hernelaama) when used on Twitch and public servers.• You may not use any part of the commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs), or anything related to cryptocurrency or other blockchain-based technologies.
